No. We do not handle money, access accounts, or make payments. You remain fully in control at all times.

Can you talk to my utility or service providers?

Yes, but only with your written permission and only to gather information — not to make changes or decisions.

Can my family be involved?

Absolutely. If you choose, we can provide monthly summaries to a family member so they feel reassured that everything is being looked after.

What if I prefer paper instead of computers?

That’s completely fine. We can provide a printed system and help keep everything organized in a binder.

How often do you visit?

Most clients start with an in-home setup, then ongoing support is typically handled monthly with optional in-person visits.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your situation, answer questions, and determine the type of support that may be most helpful.

Is this a long-term contract?

No. Services can be stopped at any time with notice.

What are your fees?

Services may be provided through monthly or hourly administrative support, one-time support packages, customized transition packages or ongoing support plans.

We will explain everything clearly before we begin so there are no surprises.

Do you charge travel fees?

In-home visits within approximately 20 kilometers of Leduc are included in standard service pricing.

Appointments outside our standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee. Any applicable travel charges will always be discussed and approved before services are provided.
