We support seniors and their families by helping manage the everyday paperwork and bill organization that can become stressful over time. Our goal is simple: to help clients stay independent, confident, and in control.
Many seniors are perfectly capable of managing their lives but feel overwhelmed by monthly bills, due dates, paperwork, and changing technology. Families may also worry about missed payments, unopened mail, or the growing stress that comes with keeping everything organized.
That’s where we help.
Our services are strictly organizational. We do not handle money, access bank accounts, or provide financial advice. Clients remain fully in control at all times.

Hi, I’m Jennifer Davey, founder of Seniors Administrative Solutions.
I started this business because I saw how stressful everyday paperwork, bills, and administrative tasks can become for seniors and their families — especially when life becomes busy, health changes, or technology starts to feel overwhelming.
Many seniors want to remain independent and fully in control of their lives, but still appreciate having someone trustworthy to help keep things organized and manageable. I created Seniors Administrative Solutions to provide that kind of support: calm, respectful, reliable assistance without taking away independence.
With more than 20 years of administrative experience, I’ve spent much of my career helping people stay organized, manage important information, and navigate day-to-day responsibilities with greater ease and clarity. Those years of experience taught me the importance of patience, attention to detail, confidentiality, and dependable support — especially when people are feeling overwhelmed.
My approach is centered around patience, clear communication, and trust. I understand that allowing someone into personal and household matters is a big decision, which is why I focus on creating systems that are simple, comfortable, and easy to understand.
I work closely with each client based on their individual preferences — whether they prefer paper systems, digital tools, family updates, or a combination of both. My role is strictly organizational, helping clients stay on top of bills, reminders, and paperwork while they remain fully in control of all financial decisions.
